Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between NidoVista and its customers, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Conclusion of Contract
A contract is concluded as soon as the customer submits an order or inquiry to the provider and the provider confirms it in writing, usually by email.
Services
The provider offers its services exclusively online. The type and scope of services are determined by the service description on the website or by individual agreements.
Prices and Payment
All stated prices are final prices and include applicable statutory value-added tax, where required.
Payments are made in advance, by bank transfer, or via the agreed online payment methods.
In the event of late payment, the provider reserves the right to withhold further services or charge reasonable reminder fees.
Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to provide all information required for the performance of the services completely, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Right of Withdrawal
Where legally applicable, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons.
The withdrawal must be made in writing, for example by email.
Services already rendered may be charged proportionally.
Liability
The provider is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Liability for minor negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations have been breached.
Liability for indirect damages or loss of profit is excluded.
Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provider’s Privacy Policy.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if necessary. The current version is always available on the website.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship shall be the provider’s place of business, insofar as legally permissible.
